It’s a beautiful, immersive property with great service and accommodations. Very disappointed though, as the hotel recommended a safari agent (Bhupendra Singh) who basically scammed us and charged us ridiculous prices. Safari is extremely hard to organise in Ranthambore and Khem Villas provides no booking assistance to their guests. However, recommending a dishonest agent like Bhupendra Singh is taking it too far.

Fantastic staff and great food really well organised and clean. Also there’s a naturalist who took us around the grounds and showed us Tiger and Leopard footprints along with the many different species of birds

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Khem Villas. The staff were exceptional and extremely friendly. They always asked about our safari drives and went above and beyond with special meals for our 4 year old daughter. They provided warm blankets for our drives which were immensely helpful given we visited in the winter. The property was beautiful and had a large natural area to explore, which provided a nice way to stretch our legs between safari drives. We saw crocodiles, numerous langurs, and mongoose. The food was amazing and being vegetarian made it extra special given we didn’t have to ask “is this vegetarian”, given they only provide plant based foods (plus eggs and milk). The cottage was nice, slightly small, but given how little time we spent in the room it wasn’t an issue. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone staying in the Ranthambore National Park region.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff is extremely well behaved and trained to keep the comfort of the guests foremost. The only bummer is the unavailability of wifi in the cottages and the poor mobile network. Absolutely gorgeous view and an opportunity to experience nature beyond the national park.

Khem Villas is a perfect stay. Staff is always ready to help, attentive and so kind. They organized the safari for me and made my stay easy. The tent is super comfy with a lot of privacy and a beautiful view in the veranda. The landscapes and nature are beautiful to admire, product of their marvelous commitment to preservation of the area. Every corner is well curated in the lodge with a lot of taste. Last but not least the food is fresh and delicious. I had an amazing time here to slow down and relax. I highly recommend staying at khem villas!

We experienced amazing, wonderful vacation at Khemvillas last year. Memories created at here are one of a kind and unforgettable!! Food , hospitality, whole site maintenance was absolutely at par. Staff is also very courteous and helpful all the time. One can’t believe that there was barren land before, but owner made wonders on this site. Tiger reserve is very close to the property and they can arrange vehicle to reach in the park for safari ( additional 💴) If you want to get away from city chaos and engross into the nature , this is a right place for you!

An exceptional place for a luxurious stay near Ranthambhore Tiger reserve. Excellent facilities with very courteous staff and awesome food. Our four days stay at Khem Villas was truly a dream holiday. Go for it....... It's amazing.
